This full-property renovation in Danville transformed a 1949 Mid-Century Modern home into a vibrant, functional space for 2024 living. Designed with a spirit of optimism, the new landscape blends structural upgrades with bold design elements. We re-engineered retaining walls and fencing, redesigned all outdoor recreation zones (including a pergola, patio, kitchen, sport play area, and trellises), and planted colorful, low-water native gardens. Collaboration with Gentile Construction helped unify home and landscape, while custom details like a water feature from Pottery Planet and furnishings from Terra Outdoors brought it all together.
