This front yard in Danville was reimagined as a Mediterranean-style courtyard for added privacy and charm. We preserved the existing brick entry while adding a new stucco wall and wrought-iron gates to define the space. The wall cap was custom-designed to coordinate with the brickwork. Inside, two flagstone patios offer cozy seating zones framed by California native plants. A surrounding layer of decorative pebble ties the courtyard into the rest of the landscape for a seamless, finished look.
