As a local design firm, we meet at your residence to look at what’s working — and what’s not. From there, we take the ideas, priorities, and property constraints and shape your project into a clear, build-ready landscape design.

Investment
You’re investing in a clear plan — before anything goes in the ground.
Most design projects range from $4,200-11,000.
Smaller or partial projects may begin at $2,500.
Every landscape design project is scoped to match the size and complexity of the space.
What's included in your design package
Everything is organized so you and your installer are working from the same clear plan.
While each proposal is customized to the needs of the homeowners, most design SpecBook packages include:
- organized scope documents for costing and construction
- planviews and elevations for the entire project
- documentation for key elements like pools, shade structures, kitchens, and fire features
- material selection details
- planting plan and irrigation schedule
- lighting plan
- utility location recommendations
- HOA documentation (if project appropriate)
